Fine Home Photography services the greater Phoenix, AZ area, with the primary service area the North Valley. Other Valley areas and statewide services also available - contact us for more information.

Photography service includes the use of HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography if needed, complete interior and exterior shots and also includes professional post-processing to ensure correct color balance and tone, along with the correct amount of sharpening for its intended use. Pricing is based on the amount of photos - the quality of the photography is the same regardless of the amount. All come with a complete set of web prepped photos along with high resolution photos suitable for print. Photos are available within 24 hours of the shoot in most cases. A link will be provided to you for an easy download of all photos in a single zip file.

Standard Shoot - $170.00

• Includes up to 8 photos
• Will provide coverage for Front/Rear exterior and Kitchen/Dining/Living room along with Master Bedroom/Master Bath

Additional Photos as needed - $18.00 per

• For larger homes, custom homes and homes needing multiple views of a room, the rate is $18.00 per additional photo.
• Typically larger, custom homes require about 20-24 shots for complete coverage of the exterior and interior.

Optional Services

Virtual Tour Slide Show
A custom Windows Media Virtual Tour Slide Show of the property photos that will bring your listings to life! Background music can be added if you choose, along with any text you would like on the Virtual Tour.

• An additional fee of $25.00 applies
• Virtual Tour Slide Show will be available within 24 hours of the photo shoot
• Virtual Tour is MLS compliant, using Window .wmv format.

DVD Slide Show
This is a great option so that you will be able to play back the the Virtual Tour on any TV. DVD is formatted in 16:9 Widescreen format. This is a perfect compliment for holding Open Houses. Background music can be added if you choose, along with any text you would like added to the DVD show.

• DVD Virtual Tour Slide Show will be available within 24 hours of the photo shoot
• DVD will work in any standard DVD player.
