Photography service includes the use of HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography where needed in your home, complete interior and exterior shots and also includes professional post-processing to ensure correct color balance and tone, along with the correct amount of sharpening for its intended use. Standard Photo Shoot Service - $150.00*

This is everything you need to get the property photographed and listed. This service includes both web-prepped photos and 300dpi high resolution photos ready for printing. Web prepped images will be available within 24 hours of the shoot.

  • Perfect for home up to approx. 3500sqft or less.
  • Service includes up to 10 shots of the home, both exterior and interior.
  • Interior shots include all key rooms - kitchen, living/dining/family rooms and master bedroom/bathroom.
  • All photographs re-sized and optimized for display on the internet.
  • A full set of 300 dpi photographs ideally suited for printing on flyers or other print media.
  • All photographs also provided on a CD ROM disc.

Luxury Home Photo Shoot Service - starting at $300.00

For larger homes and custom luxury homes, this service will provide photography of all of the unique features of the home. This service includes both web-prepped photos and 300dpi high resolution photos ready for printing. Web prepped images will generaly be available within 24-30 hours of the shoot.

  • For homes larger than 3500sq ft and/or unique custom homes.
  • Service includes complete photography of the home, both exterior and interior.
  • Interior shots include all key rooms - kitchen, living/dining/family rooms and master bedroom/bathroom, in addition to any other rooms or features that you would like photographed.
  • All photographs re-sized and optimized for display on the internet.
  • A full set of 300 dpi photographs ideally suited for printing on flyers or other print media.
  • All photographs also provided on a CD ROM disc.

Virtual Tour Slide Show
A custom Windows Media Virtual Tour Slide Show of the property photos that will bring your listings to life! Background music can be added if you choose, along with any text you would like on the Virtual Tour.

  • An additional fee of $25.00 applies
  • Virtual Tour Slide Show will be available within 24 hours of the photo shoot
  • Virtual Tour is MLS compliant, using Window .wmv format.

DVD Slide Show
This is a great option so that you will be able to play back the the Virtual Tour on any TV. DVD is formatted in 16:9 Widescreen format. This is a perfect compliment for holding Open Houses. Background music can be added if you choose, along with any text you would like added to the DVD show.

  • An additional fee of $35.00 applies
  • DVD Virtual Tour Slide Show will be available within 24 hours of the photo shoot
  • DVD will work in any standard DVD player.
