Photography service includes the use of HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography if needed, complete interior and exterior shots and also includes professional post-processing to ensure correct color balance and tone, along with the correct amount of sharpening for its intended use. To help you prepare the home for a shoot, please review the Preparation Tips

 

Pricing is based on the amount of photos - the quality of the photography is the same regardless of the amount. All come with a complete set of web prepped photos along with high resolution photos suitable for print. Photos are available within 24 hours of the shoot in most cases. A link will be provided to you for an easy download of all photos in a single zip file.

 

Standard Shoot - $180.00

  •  Includes 10-15 photos of the property
  •  Will provide coverage for Front/Rear exterior and Kitchen/Dining/Living room along with Master Bedroom/Master Bath
  • Average shooting time needed in your home is about 1.5 - 2 hours
Need more photos? Need to have multiple angles of rooms and details shot? Additional photos are $8.00/ea

Larger Home/Custom Home - starts at $325.00

  •  Custom Homes include all the photos required based on property size and client needs.
  •  Service will provide for multiple views of rooms, details, etc...
